"Grandpa/Father" refers to Frances' father, Captain Pierce. Ted is brother, Ted Pierce and Aunt Jessie is Frances' sister, Jessie Pierce, married to Ernest Beckton. Frances was married to Spencer Page, Cannington's first school teacher, elected as member of the Territorial Legislative Assembly in 1894.
